If  additional wiring is needed there will be $35 per. hr. charge plus material.

Customer is responsible for NIC (network interface card) for their PC.

Under the 12-month agreement if service is terminated or downgraded within
12 months, a Cancellation Fee of $120 will apply.

If customer supplies modem, configuration parameters will be provided and customer will be responsible for programming.

$10 fee for downgrading service.
