CALL FORWARDING REMOTE ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS

Call the remote access number (Keystone 308-726-1111) (Lemoyne 308-355-1111) after you receive a second dial tone enter your phone number (plus a pin number assigned by Keystone Arthur Telephone) (for Keystone 726-XXXX-XXXX) for (Lemoyne 355-XXXX-XXXX) You will then here three short tones.
Push 72#.
Listen for three short tones then dial tone.
Dial the number to receive your forwarded calls and press #.
Listen for three short tones. Your calls are now forwarded.

 

TO CANCEL CALL FORWARDING:

Push 73#.
Two tones indicate that Call Forwarding is canceled.

CALL FORWARD BUSY REMOTE ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS

Call the remote access number (Keystone 308-726-1111) (Lemoyne 308-355-1111)  after you receive a second dial tone enter your phone number (plus a pin number assigned by Keystone Arthur Telephone)  (for Keystone 726-XXXX-XXXX) for (Lemoyne 355-XXXX-XXXX)  You will then here three short tones.

1. Push *90.
2. Listen for three short tones then dial tone.
3. Dial the number to receive your forwarded calls.

When the called number is answered, Call Forward Busy is on.

If no one answers or the line is busy, repeat steps 1-3 you will receive two short tones.  This will set up Call Forward Busy without anyone answering at the called number.

Push *91.
Two tones indicate that Call Forward Busy is canceled.

CALL FORWARD NO ANSWER REMOTE ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS

Call the remote access number (Keystone 308-726-1111) (Lemoyne 308-355-1111)  after you receive a second dial tone enter your phone number (plus a pin number assigned by Keystone Arthur Telephone)  (for Keystone 726-XXXX-XXXX) for (Lemoyne 355-XXXX-XXXX)  You will then here three short tones.

1. Push *92.
2. Listen for three short tones then dial tone.
3. Dial a number between 2 and 9 to indicate the number of times you want your phone to ring before your calls are forwarded. (Don't hang up.)
4. Dial the number to receive your forwarded calls.

When the called number is answered, Call Forward No Answer is on.

If no one answers or the line is busy, repeat steps 1-4 you will receive two short tones.  This will set up Call Forwarding without anyone answering at the called number.

IMPORTANT FEATURES

You cannot answer calls when Call Forwarding is activated. As a reminder that Call Forwarding has been activated, you will hear one short ring each time a call is forwarded.
You can make outgoing calls while calls are being forwarded.
If you forward a call, additional local and long-distance charges may apply.

HOW TO AVOID UNAUTHORIZED USE OF YOUR SERVICE

Do not give your Security Code to anyone who does not have permission to forward calls on your behalf.
